Introduction

I'm Jane and Coach the Curious is all about exploring with you how to manage change in your life.

Navigating menopause or perimenopause can be challenging bringing  physical changes and emotional shifts. If you are considering new habits like cutting back on alcohol , decluttering your space. Or addressing relationship or work related stress. Know that you are not alone. I'm here to coach you and assist you through those transitions with empathy and expertise.​

 I use coaching processes and skills that are simple and practical that have been developed to take you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

It’s all about being curious, exploring different ways to bring about the change you want with  someone to guide you.
