My specialism is around those curious to break patterns of behaviour  that are not helpful or at their worst, damaging.

Have you thought about trying to live without alcohol? Many people who don't have a problem are still considering a healthier lifestyle.

Perhaps you are considering giving up smoking or quitting drugs, Gambling? Or even difficulty with food and dieting? 

Or is it difficult patterns in relationships that you have recognised and want to change?

If you are thinking about changing some aspect of your health, life, work, home or relationships? I can help you think this through.

Have you already made big changes? But need a little extra help?

It is important to say this is NOT counselling, this is a different approach, using practical skills tried and tested skills you can put in place to help change.

 

I work from a position of knowing that you have the answers, but sometimes you just need someone to help you work it out.

Sessions

Sessions

All my work is online. I like to offer a minimum of 4 sessions. Each an hour long.

 

However, I am flexible with a range of packages according to your own situation and need.
Sessions range from £30

 

I offer half an hour free session to see if we can work together and to decide on an initial package of work. Then we can discuss some of the options below:-
